Pretty crowded when I came at 10:30 on a Friday morning. Barely room to wait for my takeout. $3 for a small scalding (not just hot!) chocolate. Nice outdoor seating area.

I Go here often. Usually have a good assortment of muffins, croissants, etc. May have just been the wrong day but not sure what happened. Ordered a walnut loaf. Got it and looked at it when I was outside and saw mold about the size of a dime under the saran wrap. These are kept in a case at the front... More

I love eating here. I started going to the newer location on Richmond but stopped after getting consistently surly service. I now go twice the distance to this location because the staff are so lovely. I actually dream about the curried chicken salad sandwich if I haven't had one in a while. YUM.

We were in London today to get my girlfriend's son setup for school next week. During our travels through the city we came across Black Walnut Bakery Café and stopped in for a break. This place serves a great cup of coffee along with some really appetizing looking baked good but I had to have one of my personal favouties... More

What a wonderful place to grab a tea/coffee, a muffin or square, and in the nice weather, sit outside and watch the world and a multitude of dogs, go by. I have purchased the date squares, lemon bars and quiches to take home as well. Although a tad on the costly side, it was well worth the purchase. Enjoy!

Muffin & croissant combination with green tea filling is the best! Amazing baked goods always fresh. My workplace always selects black walnut for our morning meeting catering needs.

The visit was to meet a good friend for a coffee. The Black Walnut sounded interesting so we thought let's give it a try. The coffee was one of the worst I have experienced. It was lukewarm, lacked flavour and had an " oil slick " on the surface. I will not be returning.

This is a lovely cafe in the heart of Wortley village. It offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The croffin is the treat of choice.

They bake their own bread!! It is fantastic! Get the turkey Swiss or ham and Swiss.. Also their mustard is amazing too.. Also, great coffee.. Not a fan of their orange pekoe tea though.. And I wish they were open a lot later.. But definitely worth visiting
