Actually went twice in one day. First for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the really tasty food. Nice staff and good food. Went back at night to hear the band. Had drinks and the sticky toffee pudding. It was fantastic. The band (Unheard Of) were really good. A great way to end our day.

We visited during a weekday so the pub was not crowded which gave time to look at the kitsch on the walls. The staff is friendly and pointed out the places to visit in Stratford. The beer and lunch food is reasonably priced with many new breweries on tap. Definitely worth another visit.

We arrived during a BlueJays playoff game which found a number of patrons holding on to their tables, nursing a brew during the action. After a bit waiting for a table the management opened another very comfortable room and with good attention and good pub food.

Stopped here for Brunch before an afternoon performance at the Festival Theatre. Upon entering we were greeted by the screaming and yelling of a childs sports team and their parents. We selected a table in the back as far away as possible. The decor is pretty sparse and far from being any English or Irish Pub that I have ever... More

They offer great lunches. We go elsewhere for dinner. They have live music and this is very active at night. Most of the older ones of us are at the plays so it does not bother us.

This is a very pub like eatery with little personality. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable at a very small table. I ordered a sandwich which was as dry as dust and with very little flavor. My companion had soup which she indicated was good but not notable.

Thick dry bun on overdone hamburger with a single limp leaf of lettuce, soggy tomato and abundant strong onion. Meh. Probably better to come in at night and sample the assorted beers on tap.

We stayed at the Queen Inn (attached) and enjoyed a night cap at the pub before turning in.. it was busy with locals and the sporty theme allowed us to catch up on the score of the game while enjoying a beer with friends

Stopped for drinks, no food. Drinks were good, and the food looked good, but the ambiance was poor -- dinghy and floor littered. Hanging picture of the "queen mum" appeared to have had her nose punched in (late night drinking crowd?) .. won't be back!

Never had a bad meal here. Lots of familiar pub F and creative daily specials. Service is fast and friendly. Don't worry if there's a wait--it won't be long.

Thank Elizabeth L
