went there for a "brunch" type meal with our adult children. The booths are small and they have limited staff, so if they are full or busy you will have to wait a while. The food is good and the staff are friendly - i would go back

Looking for someplace to eat but not wanting a heavy meal, we stopped in to The Dizzy. What a great find! We had an appetizer tray that included pickled vegetables (yum!), pita, and hummus. There was a nice variety of salads to choose from for lunch, as well as other tasty-sounding sandwiches.

I have made the dizzy my must eat at place when I visit Toronto. They are like family after the first visit. It's a smaller pub with a large selection of beers the taps are serving up very cold beer. But the food is what is so surprising for a small pub they pack in high end chefs cooking up... More

Service was good. Very courteous staff. Large portion and good value. Flavourful rice and the naan/flatbread was delicious.

During a 10 day trip to visit our Daughter we eat in The Dizzy 5 times. The only days seats were a prim was Sunday when the Football was on TV and there was a private party, but we got a seat in about 5 minutes.

I attended this bar on a Saturday morning to watch Aston Villa play and I thought that it was brilliant. The staff are very friendly and hardworking. I did not eat myself but a few of my friends did and they were very impressed with the food, especially the size! The beer was great, fresh and crisp. I will be... More

Roncy's bar for sports and surprisingly good food. Small on street patio to enjoy people watching. Fun atmosphere for sharing sports events with the locals.

The Dizzy is a great place to grab some quality pub food and watch some games or hang with friends. Monday night is great. Wing night. Quality wings. Nice size. I think they marinate them and then grill 'em. Have tried the Blackened and Lemon Pepper. Both are quality (especially the blackened). Very friendly service. Quality drafts. My wife and... More

This is a wonderful little place on Roncey. They have the best wings I have had in Canada, lots of choice and lots of brews to select from. Service is good

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
