The food was plentiful; but average and available at other restaua5ans at better prices. Very popular spot with local Asians.

good local resturant for Chiu Chow fare. The regular menu is not bad for every day eating, but the chef's choice is good for group meals with many interesting dishes you may not find anywhere. Very crowded place, but it takes reservations.

You gotta be kidding me who is rating this place relatives of the owner. After reading some reviews I figured I would check this place out for the smoked duck with sugar cane sauce. So I get it to go, after reaching my car I dig in for a taste and it's cold so I go back in and ask... More

It’s a popular and busy Cantonese - Chiu Chow restaurant; forget about walking in after 6:00 pm without a reservation. The place could be chaotic with haphazard service during peak time. Diners who sit at tables by the entrance may feel uncomfortable being overlooked by the crowd who form long line up. 1: Poor 2: OK 3: Good 4: Very... More

Ordered s/s pork and combination chow mein . Pork was very sour and was mostly battered pork fat . Chow mein was %75 noodles . Will not order from there again .

Lesser known, but delicious style of Chinese cuisine, from Chaozhou. Perfect for multi-course dinners. Don't bother with the menu, just leave everything up to the chef and his creative inspiration.

Staying in Scarborough

Neighbourhood Profile
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
