I have been to this popular restaurant many times, but always leave slightly disappointed. It's very nice to sit 'outside' in the atrium of the building, an architectural gem in my opinion, and there is a huge choice of different foods from around the globe. As a vegan, though, the choice, as usual, was very limited (the salad bar, pasta... More

The restaurant offers a huge variety of foods. There is something for everyone. The portion sizes are good, the ingredients are fresh and a lot of it are sourced locally or sustainably. The only negative is the automatic gratuity added to all dine-in bills. Even if your by yourself enjoying a soup for 15 minutes, you are still forced to... More

Who knew that this place could offer such delicious food at such a value? Bought take out there last week, including a delicious smoked salmon crepe, a small caesar salad and a tasty piece of carrot cake. All for under $30 and way too much to polish off in a sitting.

Very hard to secure a table here during core lunch hour, but don't forget to go right to the back as there are tons of tables. Food stations are very plentiful and food made to order. Quality of food was very good. We had noodle bowl, chicken pad thai and chicken stir fry. All were delicious. Prices are a little... More

What an extravagance for the senses! This place is more of an experience then just a destination to eat. You can enjoy a drink, a coffee, dessert or meal, all of it is amazing! Gratuity is already added into the prices and if you park underneath, you only have to pay $5 for parking in downtown Toronto! AMAZING!

Very delicious spot! We enjoyed the unique experience and it goes without saying there was something for everyone! Good location! One recommendation: make a few trips! We ordered a few things at once not knowing things were cooked fresh so while we waited for food, the food we'd already picked up was cold. (Only takes one visit to learn)

Enjoying breakfast and brunch meet ups here. The range and quality of food is great and the prices are quite reasonable. We always try for a seat in the Brookfield atrium area.

Seems more like a tourist trap. The food is good and fresh, but overpriced. The place is usually busy and loud. It looks more like a cafeteria.

Marché is a marketplace-style restaurant located inside Brookfield place in downtown Toronto. My friend invited us to have dinner at Marche and found great disappointment with the food. There are many food stations, including Italian, Asian, Grill, Seafood, etc. We tried the half roasted chicken which tasted cold and horrible. We tried the Chinese food (Chicken Fried noodles) and it... More

Have been going here for 20 years and it's a great place for desserts or even with bunch of friends for a whole meal, great for kids and everyone can find something they like to eat, open late on weekends

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
