Terroni is my go to resto! I eat here at least once or twice a month. The sommelier always has great wine suggestions and the menu is varied. Food is consistently delicious. Atmosphere is great. The patio is the best in the city in the summer. Gotta give this place a try if you are visiting Toronto.

Terroni is a wonderful Italian restaurant with 3 locations in the city. This was my second visit and the one I felt worth writing about. My first visit was a quick lunch at the downtown east location and, while I thoroughly enjoyed my pasta dish, I was in and out so didn't feel ready to comment. Last weekend my wife... More

I have been to Terroni on several occasions. This restaurant is always a scene (reservations are a must). There is a large selection of pizza and pastas. The pizza's are large, fresh, oven baked. The pastas are also well done. I had Arctic char on this visit. It was delicious and the sauce was great. Although the service was good,... More

Went with our family to Terroni. The Place is very vibrant & beautiful the only criticism is that it a little noisy. Wine selection is great had a great spritze and francecorta. Food was fresh, simple with quality ingridianta as real Italian food should be! We had a great green salad with parmigiano & very recommended sausage pappardelle!

This is a popular restaurant among Torontonians. However, it's a bit precious at times (no, you can't have butter for the bread only olive oil). Decor is interesting - foodstuffs stored along the wall and rustic wood tables. A bit overpriced for what you get.

The food here is consistently excellent. Good service. Lively vibe. Only issue is that the noise level is pretty intense. Still cant help going as I always love the taste and presentation. If noise an issue, try lunch.

We were a group of seven and went into this restaurant, ordered lovely wine, calamari, both grilled and deep fried, with a meat and cheese board. Friends ordered tenderloin, pasta, Cornish hen and myself-spaghetti de mare... Spaghetti with shellfish. Everything was delivered hot, fresh and eye appealing. Our server then came around and asked if there was anything we would... More

Entering Terroni's is like stepping into Italy....the place is bustling with people talking and laughing. The atmosphere is relaxed and the feeling familiar. Clients come in all ages and makes for a wonderful and very Italian evening. We celebrated our grand-daughter's 4th birthday and the waitress could not have been nicer and more accomodating. The kids loved their gluten free... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
