This is my favourite all you can eat restaurant! TCJ stands for Thai, Chinese and Japanese because they have almost anything you can think of for those types of food. So much variety to choose from, so there is something for everyone. The food is always fresh and yummy. This is not a buffet, all hot dishes are made to... More

Family and I went there for a NYE dinner. The restaurant wasnt busy. We did the all you can eat dinner. Our first few dishes came fairly quickly and they were good. But that was it. After that, some dishes never came. My mom doesnt eat sushi, so she ordered cooked food and at one point they brought her plain... More

My Husband and I had the opportunity to visit TCJ on Dec. 3 in the late afternoon. We were in Toronto to see Our friend in a Christmas Concert just down the street. We happened upon TCJ as we had parked in the parking lot right beside them. I wasnt sure at first, but thought what the heck. We went... More

Enjoyed some top notch asian cuisine here while in Toronto. The service was a little slow but the food was worth a bit of the wait! I recommend this place! Very reasonably priced

We ordered take out and the food and price were pretty good. The food tasted good and did not make my stomach upset like a lot of asian food. They had an interesting all you can eat menu as this is a fusion restaurant, would like to go back to try it out!

My friend and I went here for a late lunch/early dinner. It was about 4:00. The place was pretty much empty. It looks nicer on the inside that it does on the outside. My friend asked if they had low sodium soy sauce. The server said what was on the table was low sodium. I don't believe her because all... More

This was the worst restaurant experience experience since I moved back to Toronto 5 years ago (only rivalled by a small restaurant in Peru 6 years ago). We went for the 'all-you-can-eat' lunch menu on a Friday afternoon. To be fair, they got slammed but the lack of organization even when it comes down to ordering your food was a... More

my wife and I were riding our bikes and decided to stop in at this restaurant since we like eating out and trying places we haven't been before and it was totally awesome! The best Asian food I've had in Toronto so far! We went for the all-you-can-eat option and ordered a variety of foods to try like pad Thai,... More

TCJ is a decent combination of Asian offerings. There's nothing spectacular about what they do, but what they do is pretty good. Their sushi was pretty good and I will say the wasabi sure did pack a punch! The sesame chicken was nice. The pad Thai was only decent, it did not pack the normal flavour sensation that you expect... Very quiet place perfect for nice dinner with friends. Great special offers. Service is a bit slow though.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
