We dined at Lee for my birthday this year. I'm usually leery about fusion restaurants, but it's done brilliantly here. Even a few weeks in advance we were only able to get a 9PM reservation, so if you're planning to dine at Lee on a Saturday night, book early. A last minute walk-in would likely be hard to accommodate. If... More

The presentation of the plates, the quality was amazing. You can share each plate with everyone. The cod was spectacular! It is pricey, but a wonderful experience. Reservations needed

It was suggested by our friend and we went for dinner. The interior is very chic and the food is more Far East Asian style but prepared different, which made them interesting. The food taste and their services are very good, but the acoustic in the restaurant is very bad, you can hardly hear anything from your guest who just... More

Excellent presentation, food quality and service. It's pricey but well worth the splurge... you have to have the Singapore Slaw!

This is a great spot for something different with an Asian flavour . Make sure you go with someone with similar tastes as the plates are designed for sharing. The slaw was awesome. But everything else was tasty as well. The drinks are quite overpriced so save the drinking for later.

Visited Lee Restaurant during Winterlicious. I experienced great customer service, very attentive, but not in your face kind of way. Our waiter had made some recommendations regarding the menu which we found to be good. We thoroughly enjoyed the 19 ingredient slaw.

By chance visited with some colleagues. Enjoyed the relaxed experience (some times in NA dinner seems rushed to get you out as fast as possible). Many excellent vegan options which made my colleagues happy. All dishes were delicious, vegan or not. Will def. return next time in TO.

The staff at the door did not seem organized and welcoming. The fellow who took us to our table had a a very snotty demeanour. The signature slaw was the best dish. But please do not have your server speak right over the plate - while he is tossing the slaw - not very sanitary as he showers the dish... More

He is one of the Chefs on Chopped Canada and I wanted to try this place. I went with my wife and brother and we all thought it was exceptional. Great Vibe, Great Food a bit pricey but was worth it.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
