They make some of their own fois gras which is fab plus great selection of local wines. Also had the risotto and would recommend.

We went to this place several times and we appreciate the cozy atmosphere, the cuisine, the service and the music (music from Québec). On my last visit, I have appreciate the service (the waiter proposed excellent wine matching with our dishes), the menu (all guests enjoyed their meal, personnally, the fish of the day (Icelandic Cod) was excellent and well... We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here!!! My husband and I shared the Trout Tartare (highly recommend), I had the butternut/spaghetti squash special, which was good. But the real crown jewel was my husband's meal, the elk steak. All of the food was scrumptious and the atmosphere was quiet and romantic. Just lovely!!

Perhaps the only place where you can enjoy Eggs Benedict with Lamb and quails eggs... the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The brunch menu on Sunday was unique and mouth watering. Deciding on a restaurant in Quebec city is a difficult task - as there are so many to choose from, but this was an excellent choice.... More

We've eaten here on several trips to Quebec and each time loved our meals. We highly recommend the menu here -experiment; the chef is very good! This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is worth it.

We were looking for a casual sit down breakfast with eggs and found this along our site seeing path. The server was attentive and brought out our food and coffees very quickly, and the food was hot. I had benedict and the bearnaise sauce was delicious. My husband had a breakfast sandwich and liked the combination of flavors. The restaurant... More

We ate dinner here due to good reviews but were utterly disappointed. The food lacked flavor and in some cases, was a complete miss. The table next to us received the wrong meals they didn't order. The waiter said everything on the menu was fantastic but he overplayed it completely. The crab risotto was not only undercooked and crunchy, but... More

The fish and chips were fantastic. Three ordered that. One ordered samosa which lacked traditional spices. Good local beer. Music later at night.

Great choice for a nice and affordable dinner. We were able to get in without a reservation but it was definitely busy. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. We enjoyed fois gras, rack of lamb, and ravioli. I hear the buffalo check is excellent!

Spouse and I visiting Quebec City on a sighseeign weekend. We arrived early - around 6 PM and were prompted seated. Nice, window side table. After a few glasses of nice wine, spouse had a beef shoulder special and I had grilled elk. Both dishes were very very good. Excellent service as well. By the time we left - roughly... More
