Had a lovely lunch here. Beautiful space and relaxed service. Beer flight had a lot of options. The trio of fish n chips was interesting with saumon, cod and haddock.

We came here for dinner and drinks - service was great and food/drinks even better. Tried the dieu de ciel - solstice de mangue and have become fans of it. We ordered poutines for each of us and loved both of them - the vegetarian...was even better. Partner tried sausage and bacon one -which was good, the vegetarian had tofu, kimchi and bbq coreen sauce and was amazing and very unique. They have good options for vegetarians Our server alicia was very friendly, helpful and great and allowed us to enjoy our late night date/meal even though it was very close to closing time. Would visit everytime i am in Sherbrooke. Amazing experience and very memorable date and dinner.More
Very enjoyed the food and atmosphere in this restaurant. There is a good selection of beers. We had soup, fish & chip and burger. All good. Slight disappointment: - Salmon fish & chip is not a good idea. P.S. Our waitress spoke good English.
Great brewery, food was not that great. We were not sure on what to order so they gave us samples. Nice spot.
60th anniversary celebrated with 60 people that was a great success! Perfect place to enjoy the evening. Great food!
We made a last minute reservation to stay in Sherbrooke on our way to Quebec City. The beer was delicious and the staff very friendly. The place was packed, but we found bar seating. The restaurant is located in an historic train depot with gorgeous...architecture. We enjoyed the lively vibe from the college students from nearby Bishop's University. We had nachos which were "just Okay" but everything else made it a fun and enjoyable outing!More
Choosing this restaurant because of its location and reviews, here is my observation: both of the men in our group were disappointed with the smoked meat sandwich and the fried duck legs which were dry. One soup was good and hot, and the other soup...ordered for me was warm. Even though the restaurant was not busy when we walked in, we did not see our waitress very often during the meal.More
The food is bar food, and the quantity and quality is very good, the beer is awesome. We usually in a group, and they can accommodate large groups.
Excellent fish and chips. We had the salmon and the haddock. Both excellent but the salmon was fabulous. Coleslaw was thinly shredded in a delicious light vinaigrette with a hint of fennel. Nice touch! Beautiful inside. Great spot
Stopped by for lunch... beer was good and food yummy. Service was very patient with us. Very helpful in securing us seating that would work for us as we are on the “plus” size. I had the fruit beer.. kinda reminded me of wine mixed...with beer.More
Nice ambience, good quality of beers and side dishes but main dishes are not woo! The variety of side dishes are limited and should be improved. The price worth for the service.
After walking around town to check out the murals under a hot sun, I needed something to drink. There are a number of popular microbreweries along the itinerary, but fate put the Siboire: Dépôt right by the end of it. So it was with great...pleasure that I headed there to sample my first craft beers of Sherbrooke! The place is housed in an old train station, but it's undergoing renovations at the moment. I didn't mind, for the day was gorgeous and I wanted to sit outside. They have a nice patio with umbrellas, which is perfect to while away the afternoon. I went for the sampler which is made up of their six most popular brews. It's about 13$ for the platter and that's about what you can expect to pay at other microbreweries in Sherbrooke. Beers were tasty and were the perfect way to cool down on a hot afternoon. Service was friendly and low-key. The Siboire: Dépôt should please beer lovers visiting the city. Get your beer passport at the tourist information office and get it stamped. If you visit all 6 participating microbreweries, you can get a free beer glass to take home!More
My husband, daughter and I went to Siboire for lunch looking for a change of pace. The atmosphere was conducive to a lingering meal-although crowded we felt we could take our time. Our waitress was really friendly and provided us with menus in English and...made sure everything was to our satisfaction, Our only disappointment was the lack of a desert menu. However with the portion given for our meal, I doubt if we could have eaten a desert. We had the tasting of three fish; cod, haddock and salmon. My daughter and I shared the meal which was more than enough food. I understand that when they finish construction to enlarge the premises the menu will be expanded. We plan on returning there again.More
My hubby and I chose to eat at this pub based on the warm looking atmosphere and comfort food in the photos we'd seen on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Since the man loves beer, he tried the sampler 6 for about $13 along with...onion rings and their homemade pogos. I had the 3 different kinds of battered fish and chips (Spicy Asian, Maple salmon, Traditional cod). The pogos and the spicy Asian battered fish were awesome and we would order again. Fries ok. Onion rings ok. Everything was served with its own sauce, which was tasty. Altogether meal = $ 51.00 + tip. Anyone who loves trying different beers and whiskey would enjoy this place as there are many n the menu.More
Came for a later dinner with the family and thoroughly enjoyed the fleet of beers tasted. The food is fairly basic pub food but they do a very good job of the basics, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered - and we ordered pretty...much everything on the menu. Highly recommend the chicken wings - they’re made with one of their beers and the sauce is finger licking worthy.More
