We stumbled across the Lancaster Taphouse one evening in early January when we were "snowed in" in Regina....excellent dinner....(this coming from a Montrealer)...good service and truly delicious food. Nothing particularly amazing about the decor (big screens abounded)...but our booth was cosy. The staff were very friendly and professional.

This restaurant is named after one of the Province's greatest sporting ambassadors and is a credit to a good name. The service was very prompt and professional; the food (I had the beef stew) was excellent.

We went here and it wasn't that busy but we got a really turtle pace service from our server. We ordered our drinks and appetizer but it took forever... their food is a mix of different countries... no identity of its own. I gave a three only because their pretzels are a must try and their food taste good. Besides... More

The waitress was very friendly and good at what she did . Would definitely good for a return... More

Took ten minutes to receive a menu and this was done at my request! No shortage of staff but very inattentive. I ordered the corn battered chicken burger with a bean side salad. The burger was very good , with a good size portion of chicken and a crispy batter. The bun held the burger together and did not become... More

Great experience at Lancaster. We stumbled upon it while staying at Home Inn and Suites. It was only a 5 min walk from the hotel. At 8pm midweek it was a relatively busy place. Our server Ashley was extremely knowledgeable about the beer on tap and the breweries itself. She was able to confidently and accurately provide my partner (an... More

If you are in need a great meal and a pint, Lancasters is the place for you. There is always rotating beer on tap and the poutine and soup of the day keeps the options fresh. The regular menu is fine and the appy selection is good too.

The wine prices are ridiculous. $21 for a 9 ounce glass of wine. More then most high end restaurants in the city, which this place is not. The food is average at best, though the pretzels are delicious. The service hit and miss, depends what game is on tv. Not sure I'll return with prices like that.

I'm a pilot, so when I saw the name Lancaster, I thought perhaps it was the iconic British bomber of WW II (indeed, there are only 2 of them left flying in the world, one in Britain, one in Canada). Indeed, there were several photos of Lancasters inside--but when I asked the barkeeper, he said Lancaster was a quarterback, and... More
