Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Veggie burger and veggie curry was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere and English speaking which helps when you have a limited French vocabulary.

This pub is lovely in Bellecote. We went in four times over Feb half term. Myself, my husband and two children (15 & 11) were warmly welcomed. Didn’t try the food as we were in a hotel in Belle Plagne but the menu was good...& well priced & the food I did see looked lovely. Staff were very friendly & enjoyed chatting with us. Great red wine ; Malbec !!! Great place for a drink , food & relaxing time. Will definitely return when back in La Plagne 👍🏻More

Fantastic service by friendly staff. We all had burgers: cheeseburger, Italian, pulled pork & Savoyard, all amazing. Defo recommend.

We have been visiting Plagne Bellecote for many years and have only just discovered the gem of the Spitting Feathers. We started our holiday with a fantastic Christmas Dinner here cooked (for 14 of us in the tiniest of Kitchens) by Tim and Anna and...we then proceeded to find an excuse to pop in everyday for the rest of the week. Happy hour was the perfect end to a days skiing and the quiz night gave us a brilliant end to our week away. Thank you for making our Christmas Anna and Tim. See you again as soon as we can return to the Mountain.More

This is a review not for the restaurant but for Spitting Feathers' airport transfer service. This will be short: Spitting Feathers is simply the best transfer option for a ski trip I have seen so far. They managed not only to take us to and...from the airport for a very fair price but also to quickly rearrange the itinerary when one of the flights was delayed. I am always very happy to see people doing their things not only for money but also for making their customers happy. I would totally recommend Spitting Feathers.More

A great pub in the heart of Bellcote. Tim and Anna are fantastic hosts. The pub offers a great atmosphere, good food, and fun entertainment. Staff are friendly and helpful. We also used Tim & Anna for our airport transfer, they were extremely efficient, especially...as our flight was cancelled, all transfer details were rearranged hassle free. See you next season!More

A very well decorated, comfortable English style pub. Good choice of beers and wine, Engkiash menu. Loved the fish and chips, chicken curry and Savoyard burger. Also nice starters. The owners Tim and Anna are simply lovely. Also use them for their superb airport transfers....The service here is always brilliant. Great for a whole evening or a few pre dinner drinks.More

3rd visit to La Plagne and nth visit to this pub. Super friendly bar staff, pub quiz and karaoke on a Thursday and the cleanest pub toilet in the area (and possibly ever!). Oh, and bloody brilliant onion rings too!👌🏼

Really good bar with a great selection of food, the burgers were really tasty (I’m unsure about what the person was on about that didn’t like the burgers, must’ve had a bad day on the slopes) and had a cracking curry! Great atmosphere and friendly...staff making me feel very welcome, would thoroughly recommend some après ski here! 👌🏼More

After looking around for transfers from the airport we came across Spitting Feathers. It was a good price from Chambery and the booking was easy to do and extremely friendly. On arrival to the airport we found Tim awaiting us, which was an efficient and...excellent service and it was nice to have a private transfer to the resort. With my brother being a big football supporter we asked Tim for information on where we would be able to watch the Arsenal match on the Thursday. During the transfer he informed us that they would be showing the game so we headed down early to the Apres Bar for dinner. The food was good, with a good selection of drinks and it was a great atmosphere watching the football followed by the entertainment of the karaoke. It was a wonderful and welcoming environment where staff were friendly and happy to chat with us. Thanks for everything, Charlotte and Nick (from Billericay)More

Just returned from La Plagne. This is a great little bar, with warm welcoming staff and proprietors. We were a party of 7, and initially stopped for a late morning drink, but enjoyed the atmosphere, so stayed for lunch as well. Food is good, and...the range of beers fab. The prices are also very favourable for this popular resort. Would highly recommend Spitting Feathers to anyone wanting a good unpretentious pit stop.More
