It's no coincidence that Cecilia's ( and her wonderful chef ) has lots of 5 star reviews. While it's not cheap ( few places on Antigua are ), it truly offers great value for money as it hits every mark: - the location and the verandah seating make for a beautiful setting - the service is warm, knowledgeable and delivered... My only regret is we didn't discover this gastronomic delight earlier in the holiday. I LOVED this place. Please do not be put off by the word "cafe" as I was initially. This is no cafe ! The food is the best we had on the island. The lobster amongst the best we've ever had anywhere . We had their... More

We had dinner at Cecilia's on the evening of the 9th January 2017. The restaurant has a limited number of tables, mainly arranged on the decking at the front of the building, looking onto the small beach and out to sea. The owner is very hands on, especially introducing you to the menu which is on a had written blackboard,... More

Loved this place. Had a delay back to the states and this was recommended by a family member. We spent hours there, eating and drinking. Very friendly and welcoming place with excellent view of the water. Food was fresh and tasted wonderful.

Our flight home was delayed for several hours so rather than wait around the airport we asked the Sandals representatives for a nearby restaurant recommendation. They all suggested Cecilia's. We weren't sure what to expect with it being so close to the airport. It was wonderful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere beautiful. It was the best meal we... More

We called in and had a lunch of four dishes with three glasses of wine and a bottle of water. Very good food but not worth the cost which was equivalent to £150.

We arrived off the plane from London with a few hours to kill before leaving to Nevis. Four children, short on sleep long on uk colds - jet fresh. Cecelia scooped us up, fed and watered us with her delicious menu and timeless style. The perfect mix of Antigua style mixed with Mykonos, Bali and Ibiza. Thanks for a great,... More

Cecelia is truly the hostess with the mostest! This is a great place to come for fabulous food. We have only ever been for lunch and have never been disappointed. They are so accommodating with the kids. The food choices are simple yet extremely appealing and you can get some local Antiguan fayre mixed with Swedish. It's wonderful. I don't... More

Worth a visit whilst in Antigua - We stopped here for lunch, good food and a very nice sea front setting with a small beach. It is quite pricey (especially as its lunch) service was good though.
