Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Since I have this rather dubious culinary experience in a distance I might be able to find something positive to say. Location and parking (free) right outside was good. Then, the food. I went for the meatballs. Back in the early seventies I remember we...got something similar. When the restaurant kitchens were taken over by microwaves and pre fabricated everything. This was obviously remainings from this era. Meatballs... if I could call it that - had little or no taste related to meat. Their consistent was kind of bouncy. On the plate there were also something I assume had been potatoes together with something white unidentifiable. Most likely also prefabricated somwhere in East Germany in 1971. All covered in a brown... thick liquid. Though I missed the lingonberries... when asking, I had to pay extra... just as if this wasn’t expensive enough?More

Being a Singaporean foodie. I just simply love the food at Telemarksvingen. Traditional Norwegian meals at its best. If you like to have a taste of good and fuss free Norwegian food, do check out this place. The portions are generous and prices are decent....The main meals comes with a throw in of a hot beverage - coffee / tea or even hot chocolate. There is a small dessert bar and for a small fee u can load it with sweets of Norway. I would say that this road side diner is a gem in the heart of Norway. ❤️️❤️️More

I simply love this place. My Singaporean wife also loves it. The staff is so professional and friendly, and the traditional Norwegian food is always authentic, excellently prepared and served in generous portions. May you live forever and never change, our dearest Telemarksvingen! PS. Our...dog Chili also loves the place :-)More
