We were 5 visited this restaurant. Parking is about 30 meters from restaurant, entrance yard needs renovation. Restaurant itself is decorated to old comunist decor with pinch of local tradition pieces, however some deep cleaning would be nice. Siting is good, tables are from solid wood as mini-benches as well. Restaurant toilete were average, but clean.
Restaurant staff was polite, however waiter had no enhusiasm to serve you.
We had whole baked goose with cabbage and traditional pancakes. Goose portion was big enough, however not fresh (skin was not crispy at all). It seemed to be re-heated in oven or microwave. Cabbage and pancakes were ok, but nothing special.
When we payed our bill we were overcharged by 200% for drinks. We were explained we have got special wine (we didnt get that bottle on table) instead of barrel wine. However we claimed to be billed for drinks we have ordered according drink menu and after while waiter have appoligized us and all our drinks were free of charge as applogize.
Final words:
This restaurant is far from average, only positive part of our visit was final bill for food.

Being from America, it was good to partake in the Slovak tradition of eating a Goose Dinner, along with liver and other fixings. The restaurant is located on the outer city limits; however, worth the 20 minute cab ride from the city. The host for our dinner mentioned that there are other items you can order from the menu. I would go back again to dine.

Since quire long time, we wanted to try the real goose from Slovensky Grob. Thus we checked for the recommended restaurants in this village and Husacina u Galika was the one we've picked. And frankly, we were proud of our decision.
The facade of the restaurant does not look very representative, but inside it is just great with nice atmosphere of typical slovak restaurant.
Waiter was very professional, helpful and quick.
Food was just excellent, portions were really generous and for nice prices.
We can only recommend this restaurant. And we know, that we will visit it again.
