Great lobster bisque served by wonderful waitress in the charming restaurant. Lovely ambiance and old charming building. One of our better stops in Iceland thus quaint little village on a sunny day.

Randa Husid is first easy to find and open from 12 to 10pm. Around 50/60 seats. Staff is very kind and performant. It was our first try in Iceland; langoustines/lobsters are so good and fine that we would like to taste them twice ! We...More

Must try if you're in Eyrabakki. Highly recommend the pasta with tomato sauce, as well as the cod and the hot chocolate.

An excellent small restaurant not far off the main road east from Reykajivk. I had lunch here after a morning of kayaking nearby and enjoyed the lobster soup which, whilst not inexpensive (about ISK29) was 'bottomless' and served with very nice bread - the soup...More

We visited here for lunch on our last day of our Iceland trip, making a detour to do so! What a great decision. The restaurant was excellent, but equally Eyrarbakki is a lovely quaint ex-fishing village with lots of old Icelandic houses, many restored sympathetically...More

We stopped at this restaurant for dinner. We did not have a reservation for our large group but we arrived early enough that they could accommodate us. The food was good, as was the service.

The restaurant was smaller than some, but had a fancy high-quality atmosphere. The lobster pasta dish was very good.

Definitely worth the trip. Cosy and understated, but the food is absolutely brilliant. Try the lamb and the beef, besides their own craft beers.

Our family of four had a late dinner with two kids ages 8 and 11. The kids menu was available. Lobster pasta and lamb dinner were delicious! Make sure you call before you go and make a reservation as this place is always busy.

Hi! Almost any dish on the menu can be made gluten-free and dairy-free. There are a few exceptions, which are marked on the menu, and I'm afraid all of our desserts contain either gluten or dairy. But for starters and... More
