I have worked in the catering industry for over 20 years and during that time have eaten at numerous Michelin starred restaurants as well as transport cafes both in UK and Europe. About 4 years ago I ate at this cafe and was very pleasantly...surprised at the high standard of the food and staff. After the COVID tragedy I visited Cornwall and looked forward to revisiting The Apple Tree. Sadly the old saying "Never go back" applied. Poor food, pathetic treatment of a member of staff, a totally disappointing experience. I will not go back and no comment from the owner is required or necessary "Fair words butter no parsnips.More

If you are near Lands End you must go to this place. Top quality food, great staff and lovely ambiance. If you are not near Lands End, then you need to drive out of your way to have a bite to eat at this place....Was visiting from Guernsey and hope to re-visit again in the future. Well done Apple Tree Cafe.More

Used to visit this cafe under its previous name when we visited the adjacent (now sadly closed) riding stables. Now under the proprietorship of Dee and Emerald. Had a lovely hour or so with them whilst I had the Cornish cream tea and my wife...had the brie open sandwich. This is the friendliest cafe you will ever come across. If visiting Lands End, forget eating there. Just head 1/2 mile back along the A30 and stop here. Thank you Dee and Em.More

We had a great time at the apple tree café! The staff is just lovely and the food is delicious. I had a hard time choosing what I wanted as they had so many vegan options. I ended up getting a sandwich for lunch as...well as some cake and a coffee and everything was so tasty! If you are in the area, I definitely recommend going there!More

This is a great cafe, so friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere. The food is delicious, really tasty and beautifully presented. Also the best cafe I have been to in regards to plant based food! But it has something for everyone, book a table...and reserve your place it’s really worth a visit. It’s also a half hour walk away from a very beautiful beach. A perfect day out! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More
