Lovely old inn that maintains some of its charm and character. Menu was good although we didn't eat. Staff friendly and we enjoyed our visit very much. Best Baileys coffee served!!

We stopped here after visiting the Minack Theatre. It's quite visible from the road and has a large car park around the back. We went in and got some menus. The kids menu had a good variety. For me (a vegetarian) there was one main meal option which I didn't fancy, and one starter option (which was £7!). I suppose... More

We have been before to this pub a few years ago and loved it so on another trip down that way I didn't hesitate to go again. When we arrived we saw the menu had changed from the more traditional menu it used to be (proper pub grub) but we thought we would take a seat. We sat in exactly... More

Child Friendly and suitable for all. Friendly landlady provides excellent service. Genuine place much better than the coach centre at Lands End!

Food and service was great. Kids had a great time with the pool table and in the playground outside.

We stopped here yesterday for lunch. We are originally from the area nearby. The landlady was great really friendly and genuinely interested in us all. The soup of the day was so good and the toasted sandwiches great too. The pub was full of great atmosphere and very clean. This pub well worth a visit at any time of the... More

Stopped by here on the way back from a quick visit to lands end and 2 of us had sandwhiches and one had the burger. Very tasty lunch and plenty of it and served with a smile :)

we stayed in the stable facility next door to the pub and it was lovely to bob in next door for a warming mulled cider or well cooked meal. The land lord John was friendly nd helpful, the ambience cosy and traditional and great choice even in the off season

We had the pleasure of dining at the First and Last Inn last weekend. Dinner for 4 in a warm and cosy dining room, just adjacent to the beautiful old bar. The staff were helpful and genuinely friendly, the menu was varied and offered locally sourced and beautifully cooked food. There was a good wine list and the staff were... More

Nice inn which appears inviting. Staff a little bumbling and a very over priced toastie menu because they run a limited menu Monday-Wednesday in the winter. That's fine, but at least advertise the fact and perhaps have the ingredients to be able to offer a "Bacon and Brie" toastie only to need to substitute that!
