Came out on a family day out from The Lizard. What a little gem this pub has become. Excellent plated Sunday roast. Lovely service. Very attentive. Highly recommended.

We visited in September 17, staying overnight in our motorhome. We arrived too late for a meal so had a few packets of crisps instead! The staff were helpful to explain the local brews to us Aussies. The place is full of information about local...More

A late review but worth doing as we regularly stop off here for a pint. The pub is wonderfully characteristic and serves up a good range of beers. The staff are always friendly as are the locals who always welcome us even though we are...More

Historic inn on the way to Land's End. A good choice of drinks available particularly Cornish ciders at reasonable prices. Make sure you find Annie's Well when you're here.

Whilst leaving, my well behaved dog on a lead was aggressively attacked by the two landlord’s dogs who were not on leads. I civilly said “your dogs should be on a lead if aggressive” to which the landlord replied “well it is their home”. This...More

Stopped in for a drink after a lovely walk on Sennen, disappointingly they don’t serve Rattler or Tribute, so had to make do with second choice drinks. The Ale I tried didn’t have me rushing to the bar for a second. We looked at the...More

The beer was average, if I was there for longer I would have probably had a meal. The pub/ restaurant appeared to be on a par with most establishments in places like this. The views from the outside terrace/patio were very good, giving clear sight...More

Proper village pub, serving traditional whole sum food. Very entertaining on a Friday night after a visit to the Minack Theatre. Worlds apart but both great fun. Recommend a visit to a friendly pub serving good beer as well.

I believe they do accept walk ins, however to ensure you have a table I personally think that it is best to book.

Sorry I have only just picked this up. I'm sure it is dog friendly as I have seen dogs in there. Not sure about the dining area though.
