We enjoyed a fish and chip supper on NYE eve. We had to queue for 30 minutes but it was definitely worth the wait. The fish was cooked perfectly and chips some of the best I have had. The lemon pepper cod was a nice...twist.More

Visited earlier this evening. They got the order wrong and despite the fact that I wasn’t arguing or requesting any money back they kept saying I should have been clearer when ordering. I was clear but was happy to accept it had been a miscommunication...but they just had to have the last word. They could do with remembering the customer is always right.More

Cod and Chips made fresh to order. Batter light and crispy, not greasy. Fish was fresh and tasty. Certainly rated up there with the best.

Lemon pepper cod and a normal cod was of exceptional quality. Super fresh and cooked to perfection. Curry sauce was good and also mushy peas. Chips were nice but unfortunately the chips and the fish had been totally over salted which spoiled the meal somewhat...which is a proper shame. Would return but deffo ask for no salt next time.More

We were struggling to find somewhere to eat on the way to the Minack Theastre, so ended up getting takeaway fish and chips. There was a queue, but it was quick service. The scampi and chips and fish and chips were excellent, well cooked and...hot. They were so good we called the following week on our way back from the beach.More

Always queues outside for dinner, which is a good sign. Popular with locals too. Near Newlyn docks so fish is fresh! Had the lemon pepper cod and chips. Very unusual and tasty. Tried a jumbo sausage but the quality of the meat was poor, so...left most of it. Should have stuck to the fish and chips!More

Called in after a walk from Mousehole to Penzance ready and hungry! We were not disappointed as this was the best cod chips and mushy peas. Tip in the current climate is go to the right hand side of the door and place your order...then queue on the left hand side of the door and listen for your shout out. Service is quick and we walked to some seating over the road to eat. We had small and the portions are big! Cod was so fresh and crispy light batter and great well cooked chips and mushy peas. Would highly recommend and will visit again on next years holiday.More

Unfortunately, I didn’t see any signs that said their menu had gluten free options. Sorry

As far as I know - only battered and fried fish. The tapas place, on the corner in Newlyn, does great grilled fish.
