This restaurant was unusual as you could not book a table, however we only waited a little while to be seated. We have not experienced a tasting type of menu before but there was plenty to choose from on the menu. Specials of the day...on the board. The food was quick to come and was delicious. Staff very helpful and attentive. Would recommend this seafood establishment to everyone.More

Amazing food, tapas style plates of local seafood. We had the lobster special which was beautifully cooked. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Late lunch with great food and avoided a downpour. The anchovies were something else - plump and tasted as though just pulled from the sea. The mackerel was grilled to perfection and the large prawns were similar in freshness to the anchovies swilled down with...an inexpensive Rose and an eclectic Chilean set of sounds followed by a more recognisable array. The young knew their stuff, well trained and eager to please. Better than anything from theMed !More

Fancied some seafood with the wife and dog. We sat outside. Ordered our food. It came really quick. Squid was ok. Tiny bit dry but not ruined. The fish with katsu was amazing. Really nice. Chips were chips, again nice. It is expensive. But it's...Cornwall. Everything is expensive. We will go again and try more of the menu. I've certainly paid more for a lot worse. Keep up the good work.More

Disappointing. Had been really looking forward to going. But food definitely average. We wanted the nachos to come out first and then our fish and squid, which they seemed happy to do. Unfortunately everything came out together so fish went cold. Very expensive too. Emperor’s...New clothes came to mindMore

We called in for lunch and got seated immediately by excellent front of house staff, seating is on long shared tables which work for us. The food is excellent and extremely well presented we had battered fish & crab salad which was to die for!...We would throughly recommend this restaurant it’s worth the wait if it’s busy when you go.. top tip leave room for the Raspberry sweet!More

A fantastic place, no wonder there are queues to get in every evening. We ate here 3 times during our trip as it was so good. Staff all lovely, service great and food amazing.

We discovered this little gem during our week long trip to Mousehole, and we’ve not stopped talking about it since. There take on a English seafood tapas style menu is not only innovative, it’s genius and screams out fresh and straight from the sea. With...it only being across the street from a large commercial fish market and harbour, you are guaranteed a menu along with daily specials that showcase the very best of a local Cornish catch. Keep up the amazing work and we’ll be back very soon for sure.More

They are a lovely bunch of people and I'm sure they will help. My advice is to get there early, they open at noon and there can be a little queue but it quietens down after the initial rush.

They seat everyone in turn. A minibus of people arrived while I was there and they were sat as tables became available in 2s, 3s and 4s. Hope that helps
