Lovely evening at the Black Horse for a special valentines dinner. The menu was delicious with a lovely selection. The evening started with canapes and the main course of chateaubriand was delightful. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and would highly recommend it.

My partner happened to stumble across this place when looking for inspiration for Valentine's night. It a little gem! The building is well presented, clean and cosy with a proper fire in the bar area. The food is to die for, a lot higher standard...More

Great service. Lovely food which was really nicely presented and a decent pint. Food a little on the pricey side but it's worth it. Especially loved the group of elderly men sat in the corner discussing their pigeon club. Proper local place.
