I've been there in March, monday after easter, for a lunch with friends. We saw the menu, looks like no cheap dishes, typical italians starters, pasta with different nice toppings, and grilled meat. The waiter took the order step-by-step; he suggests to have starters as we got. We ate parma ham very thick, marinate spicy pumpkin, dry sausages, liver, and... More

Had a quick lunch here with my 2 year old daughter, which I don't regret. The staff are very helpful and did their best to cater for our needs. Food was good but maybe not that as good as I expected from reading the reviews here. Good value for money!

We went with the owner of restaurant Majella in Pacentro who said it is good and it was terrific. Were not given a menu, rather just ordered the anti pasti of the day and what followed was a gastronomic taste of the area risen to new heights. Course after course kept coming, and each one better than the last until... More

My husband and I went here expecting a lovely typical Abruzzese meal and fantastic antipasto, as advertised. We could not fault the ingredients, all fresh and local; however, in every case, the preparation was, at best negligent. Beautiful fresh Fior di latte mozzarella covered in stale dried oregano and slapped on wilting cabbage. In season squash, barely steamed and covered... More

We got directions from our B&B but there was no sign where we were told there would be. We tried several times again to find it. Maybe it is closed for good? Non lo so. Impossible.

My favorite restaurant in the world!!! I wish I could eat here everyday. The food is always so fresh and the staff is very gracious! The last two times I went there they were closed and I was very disappointed to have to eat at another restaurant. The quality is so great at Posta Pacentrana and the food superb! My... More

My wife and I have been to Posta Pacentrana three times over the past five years. Each time the meals and service were exceptional. Our last visit in May 2014, was to attend a wedding reception which took over the entire facility. The staff catered to over 150 guests, the wine flowed and the food seemed never-ending. A wonderful way... More

My wife's family has been coming to this place for a long time, thus it was not a hard decision for us to pick Posta Pacentrana as the location of our wedding festivities in May 2014. The cuisine is Abbruzzese, meaning loads of different antipasto dishes (if you feel up for the challenge go for a tasting bonanza of the... More

Absolute wonderful and authentic local food. Went upon recommendation and went back any time I'm around that area. And if someone is from there I will ask if they know that place otherwise they should go and pay a visit, maybe not the cheapest but worth every single euro.
