Sit in the heart of the village and watch the world go by from the Royal's conservatory. Decent coffee, love the baked potatoes. Not a bad offering.

We called at the Royal for lunch on a nice sunny day. Sat in the consevatory and had fish and chips and a jacket potato. Food was OK but nothing special.. chips were overcooked and peas luke warm. Drinks fine and staff very friendly.

We dropped in here on two occasions over the bank holiday weekend and they couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating to us at short notice. Pizzas are great and the roast dinner was too. Will be back! Thanks again
