Friendly atmosphere. Good service and lot of choices for food. The entrance is right on the main street so be careful with small children. Limited parking, but it was busy!

Lovely 'French welcome' followed by an excellent two course lunch which was well presented, tasty, and very good value - all within an environment that was friendly and nicely 'buzzy'.

Visited here recently with a group of ramblers. Most of us chose the 2 course lunch at £10. Everyone agreed that it was good value and very tasty. Starters are a good size and quite filling. Food was well presented

I came twice this week. First lunch meal was a filet steak, cooked beautifully and generous. Tonight I went back for curry night. £20 for 2 people, it was big! The chicken was so tender, yummy.

Description
Located in the village of Bridge, just outside Canterbury, The Red Lion is a traditional British pub with a splash of French restaurant flair. Eye-catching from the outside, The Red Lion boasts a uniquely old fashioned exterior brought up-to-date with a lick of light colored paint, while inside is comfortable and cosy, a traditional space with olde worlde charm in its rough beams and pillars the ideal village pub.
