Greeted by two delightful young ladies, on what was a bit of a dismal night. Gilly had Steak Pie and I had the rump steak cooked medium rear both meal cooked and presented to perfection (Thanks Chef), I highly recommend this hostelry

We called in for Sunday lunch and managed to secure the last table, so booking for Sunday lunch is probably advisable. Excellent Sunday roasts, quickly and efficiently served.

yes this pub gets busy but they are very quick at seating you as tables become vacant.
