I enjoyed this meal. But remember to bring cash a Miss Vivine takes no credit cards....or as she put it "no swipes". The food was good and plentiful

Love this place. Real home cooking with lots of Caribbean flavour. Everyone at our table enjoyed theor food. Grouper was served in a lovely sauce with a hint of spice along side potato salad, fried banana, rice and beans Nice people.

We wanted some local cuisine and several locals suggested Vivine's Kitchen. We sat outside with a terrific view of Gun Bay. If you want crisp linen and crystal this isn't for you. But, if you want delicious tradition jerk chicken with rice and beans this is for you! She makes homemade fruit juices that are so yummy. We shared a... More

We stayed a week at the East End. Vivian's was the second best but also the least expensive. Our party of five loved this place. Some Mondays they are not open. Not much selection when it comes to fish, but grouper is hard to beat.

My wife and I went to Vivine's for dinner. Based on reviews we read, it was exactly what we expected. Definitely nothing fancy. Great view of the ocean. The dining area is in the back yard of a residence and the cooking is done in the kitchen. This is the kind of place I would expect the locals to eat... More

Went to Vivine's for lunch. We were the only ones there. Got a big and small chicken dish. Plenty of food. It was alright!

We'd heard great things about this restaurant, but were unimpressed across the board. We arrived excited and began to select our items from the menu, when the hostess came down from the kitchen area. She mumbled to us to wait and walked away. No worries. This happened three time. After about 10 minutes, she took our order and charged us... More

Vivines is a little home based restaurant You might miss it if you are not looking for it... it offers local dishes with generous sides and portions. It's as close to a home cooked meal as one can get in a restaurant We ordered the barbecued chicken and the fish ... we were not expecting the large portions and sides... More

Nice to just step away from the resort and try some local dishes prepared directly in her home and served outside on the patio with a great view. Very reasonable prices and the soup was great.
