Writing this as I eat an amazing grilled halloumi dish here with a great latte Sensational food. £6.80. And the chef modified for me as I’m on a low carb diet. Five star.

Well thank you Fatbobslim, good to see you enjoyed it, 'may the horse be with you' as the Anatolian Jockeys Federation say.

Excellent service. The Pett Leveller (8inch sausage in a roll with slaw and home made pickles) was delicious

A must for anyone visiting Pett Level - the food, drinks and service is brilliant. Well worth the walk along the sea wall to find them - they are always there come rain or shine at weekends!

Really lovely food served by enthusiastic owners. Shame it's only there in the summer. It seems to be very popular which it deserves.

This is no ordinary layby cafe....Andy and Sharon know about food, flavours and ingredients, and boy can they cook. The menu is tight, not too much choice, yet very tasty. Pick any of the dishes and you'll be eating local fresh ingredients, carefully prepared. On...More

Tku Catey. Glad you enjoyed it. The coffee is one up from Monmouth, my friend Grant has just started his own small batch roasters in Woodchurch, it's called Coldblow. Mighty fine, if I say so myself. Re that sunny afternoon? When was it, my eyes...More

Returned for our annual fix of the wonderful Pett Leveller and were not disappointed. What a great place this is. Absolutely delicious and the best cup of tea for miles.

Every time I visit relatives in Pett village I always try and visit the REd Pig mobile food outlet, usually half way through a long walk with my dog along Pett Level /Winchelsea beach. The owner is a friendly ex probation officer who gave up...More

Popped in for a coffee and a tea on a dump February morning. Really friendly staff, fantastic coffee, served in an unusual setting. Great place for refreshments after a walk or a spot of twitching.

Tku, that's my friends new coffee Coldblow. I love it, looks like the public do too. I guess you meant on a damp February morning though Saturday was a bit of a dump day Andy

Whenever I watch “Diners, Drive-ins & Dives” I always wish there could be somewhere in England that is independent, quirky, warm and friendly that sold good value, fresh, slightly different, good food. And I’ve finally found it! We popped in after a cold walk along...More

We come here quite often, lured by sausages, Boston baked beans and some really excellent meatballs. Also, we like the puns on the menu, the views from the little truck and the very friendly service. The food is made with real love. This is a...More
