A group pf friends meet up monthly to lunch together and we 'target' different eateries each month. We had been trying for about 3 months to get into this pub and our experience told us that we did well to persevere. The surroundings were lovely,...More

Visited the Three Horseshoes on the recommendation of a friend for food. Although the beer garden and interior decor was very pleasant, the service was well below par. Although it was a particularly busy night due to the hot weather it was by no means...More

"Terrible expectations" You came to our pub on a busy Friday night without booking a table and expecting to be served before everyone else. We were short staffed which is why we did not fill up every table. But we were as busy as we...More

Just had one of the Best Sunday Lunches we have ever had. The chicken fillet stater was the right amount of spicy and crunch, then the Roast Lamb dinner was well cooked with the biggest Yorkshire Pudding we have ever seen and side of veg...More

My friend offered to treat me to lunch and we both immediately thought of The 3 Horseshoes as the perfect venue. It was a hot summer's day so we opted to sit in the garden under the shady trees. Plentiful garden furniture and we were...More

This review is a combination of about 4 visits in recent months. The two consistent themes are: great food and excellent service. The most recent visit was for a Sunday lunch taken in the outdoor space overlooking the lovely countryside. Enough said really. If you're...More

I am sorry, but I don't know. I suggest you ring them. They are very helpful. One of the nicest pubs I have been to.

Hi Emma, you came for a meal on Thursday night and sent me an email to complain about your experience the day after... In your email you were complaining about: 1. The baked camembert being runny... Well, this is what happen when you bake cheese, it melts and goes runny... 2. The terrine was cold... Just so you know, terrine is always served cold. A warm terrine is called meat loaf. 3. The medium steak you ordered came out pink... If you don't want pink beef, ask for it to be well done. The waitress looking after your table checked on your starters and mains and at no point did you mention anything to her. At the end of your email you were requesting full refund of your bill, which I did not agree to. I take this review as retaliation... I hope you'll be more successful in trying to get free dinner in the next venue you go to. Regards, Ben
