Sunday lunch did not dissapoint perfectly cooked beef and very tasty veg gravy and Yorkshire pudd great choice of starter and sweet we will be back. Staff were friendly and efficient thankyou x

I had booked an overnight stay with breakfast for 2 people. We arrived at 8 pm on the Saturday night and they managed to squeeze us in for an evening meal!! The food was delicious, as was breakfast the next morning!!! Our double room was...very spacious and clean, with an en-suite with a double shower!!! Very generous tea and coffee making facilities and a comfy bed.More

We chose this pub for a family get together following lock down, when we have been unable to meet up. We eat early, but there were already several tables occupied when we arrived at 6.30pm. There is a large choice on the menu, and a...specials board. We all enjoyed a variety of dishes - large helpings and very good quality. This is a little gem of a place. Perfect stopover for us en route to South Wales. Room was big and well furnished. Food was superb, as was the extensive breakfast. Service was excellent aswell and the staff couldnt have done more. Worth every penny,...would highly recommend and would definitely use againMore

Large, friendly and open pub. We visited whilst staying the area and had an excellent value midweek special meal of two courses for just under £16. All were off the main menu and very generous portions. Good local beers available and great ambiance too.
