Entering la Scala felt like coming home. We were greeted by a very nice lady who showed us our table near the fire place. We followed the waiter's recommendations for the daily special, a perfectly grilled seabass with squid ink tagliatelles pasta and finished with...the wonderful homemade tiramisu. We’ve been to La Scala numerous times as we live in Elviria 6 months a year, beautiful venue, amazing food and fantastic service, quite simply one of the best afternoons or evenings you can have along the coast 😎

Ambiance nice but I faced a service station which was ugly and disappointing.Stater fine but asked for some red wine vinegar and they didn’t have any.Main course,the duck was dry and inedible,my medium steak came rare but they did offer to cook more but I...had already eaten half so I declined. Overall disappointing for our second visit,and I thought overall it was expensive. Our first visit was fine,so will try a third time to see if last night was a one off.More

Well what can I say this is the best Sunday lunch that we’ve had ever the ambience was perfect Tony Capo was singing staff were amazing. The service was spectacular. I had occasion to attend La Scala Restaurant ELVIRIA on Friday last and what a fabulous evening. I had four guests with me and they all said it was a magnificent experience. We were served by Anna and Maria who were like waitresses on wheels....The food was special and drinks flowed. We will certainly return. It was so reasonable for such a good night. The guests commented it was like a favourite night club.More

We received a really warm welcome from friendly hostess and were seated in a good spot inside the Restaurant What a pleasant surprise to then receive a Welcome Prosecco on the house The night just got better, staff were attentive, friendly and efficient The Restaurant...was very busy and had a buzzing atmosphere We had the Spicy Sicilian Prawns and Prawn Tempura to start, then shared a Pizza I’m glad we then decided to also share a Tiramisui, recommended by the hostess who seated us , after initially declining Dessert It was simply the best we have ever tasted ( and it’s our fave dessert) All food was delicious and Chefs here obviously use premium produce and know what they are doing Will definitely returnMore

The setting and cleanliness is absolutely amazing, it really is a beautiful place. The food is generally good but not probably worth the price tag however it was nice. The issue like so many mention is the service, apart from the very welcoming English lady...the rest is a tad chaotic, you seem to wait forever to order a drink, then your meal then again if you would like another drink and while we were in there we heard all the tables asking if they could order something as no one really comes back to your table and you feel you are imposing if you ask for a drink. A real shame as when first found this restaurant had really high hopes for it. I totally understand the great reviews as of they get it right is amazing but theres one thing mentioned and thats service so come La Scala you are so close to nailing it just listen to us about the service and all will be good.More

Had another amazing ladies day afternoon at this venue on October 11 2023...This venue really knows how to make you feel like you have come to somewhere very special, beautiful venue, fabulous food, amazing service & great entertainment and a great fixed price for these...ladies day afternoons we all love going to...Highly recommend if you want to celebrate or just feel like you're somewhere specialMore

I came with friends for a nice evening out, which of course would include conversations. I did not expect loud live music, which made having a relaxed conversation very difficult. The music certainly did not add any sophistication to the place. I had a spaghetti...carbonara, just average. The dessert, a chocolate fondant, was nice. I have no complaints about the service, but the music means I will have no plans to return.More

Service poor. Over 2.5 hours to be served our starters and main courses. Lovely setting. Food good but on par with your average Italian restaurant. I wouldn’t spend the extra money to go here as it’s pretty expensive.
