Enjoyed a quick lunch in the Archers Bar and it was a very pleasant break en route. A very nicely preserved piece of Old England with a warm welcome and good beer. Exactly what one hopes to find but too rarely does.

A very lovely pub plus it’s association with The Archers. Warm and friendly and a great pint of London Pride. The landlord certainly knows how to keep his beer. Much recommended
