I came here for both breakfast and lunch over the same weekend, so I'll combine reviews. For both visits, parking was easy and we were seated right away...but it was snowing both times, so that might not mean much! Breakfast: yes, it's available all day. My son had the french toast combo with scrambled eggs and sausage. He enjoyed it... More

This place has great food if you can wait. The last three times we stopped here it was a 30 to 45 minute wait for a table. The food is has always been good when we could get a table

We just had breakfast here. Cottage Café is a small restaurant and you will probably have to wait to be seated as they are busy. That's a good sign. The food servers work their butts off and are friendly. As a growing boy, I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. It was a big portion and cooked to profession.... More

This is a local, casual spot near Dishman which has the most amazing chicken fried steak & country gravy! The gentleman who waited on us is in my top 10 servers list. The scrambled eggs were ok; my friends got the Eggs Benedict & I think those eggs were much better. The thick toast is great; the potatoes are super... More

Great food, great service, love the decor. No wait, but it was a weekday. Probably busy over weekend. We just moved to spokane and when family comes to visit we are definitely taking them here for a breakfast! :)

Love this wonderful little restaurant and I mean not big that is why the wait is usually long. Luckily it was just 10 minutes and worth every minute. At least there is coffee while you wait and it was great. Their biscuits and gravy are the best in the valley. A little more gravy would have been great. Large portions... More

Was represented as number one home cooking in the area. We ordered the tomato soup (gross- they put barbecue sauce in it), philly sandwich, blt, and cheese burger. I think this is more of a breakfast/brunch place where you order the steak and gravy or egg dishes. Everything was good- but the lunch menu is average. I liked that the... More

I was visiting Spokane for work and decided on my way out to try the best breakfast spot according to the locals and trip advisor. This brought me to the Cottage Café. I got there early enough on a Thursday that there was no wait, but the place was definitely almost full. The servers are prompt and friendly, and I... More
