Yes, the pub has parking down the side of the building. It can get busy at night, but during the day you will be fine.

A real community style pub with a warm and friendly welcome from landlords Emma and Darren. Children and dogs are always welcome. We serve a lovely home cooked menu from beer battered cod and chips to burgers and pasta, all of which can be enjoyed in front of our roaring wood fire. We also have an evening menu on Thursday to Saturday. Emma's homemade cakes can be enjoyed daily (tues - sat) her vintage afternoon tea is a must, with the tables set with lovely linen table clothes and fine bone china - a selection a of finger sandwiches, homemade scones filled with homemade jam and clotted cream and a selection of homemade cakes. Booking is essential. Group bookings available on Sunday's. To the rear of the pub is a lovely garden, equipped with a children's play area. There is also seating on the decking/patio area. We also have a function room that is available for hire for anything from a breakfast meeting to christenings, birthdays etc. Here at the Royal Oak we can cater for all your requirements for your function, from organising the dj, food to even making your occasion cake.
