The most amazing food with favourites such as keftedes and dolmades just like my mother used to make. Kleftiko was just amazing such tasty meat, beef casserole to die for and an assortment of starters, salad all served to share between the five of us.
I will be visiting again, often.

A quiet balcony in the village. Mrs. Lenia is very kind and hospitable, made us feel welcomed. Food is freshly cooked, most of items are homemade. Special mention to the cheese ravioli, humous and beef stew. Spoon sweet at the end of the meal was the cherry on top.

A small beautiful tavern in Vuni, very good service, clean, and very good food. The only thing we didn't like was sausage and pasta, they had a very strange taste. The rest of the ends and especially the loukoumads for the end. I recommend!!!

Massive disappointment...
We wanted to end the holiday evening relaxed with some traditional food and at first everything seemed good, friendly service,...
When we got our food, it wasn't really hot, it was just lukewarm. But we didn't think of anything at first. While eating, however, we noticed small black dots in the tavas (lamb-rice dish), which we pushed aside and paid no further attention to. But then we recognized a WORM!!! in our food. With a black head, feet and everything. Fortunately, though, he stopped moving.
When we approached the waitress, she probably knew (without us having to say anything) directly what it was about and just says “This is meat. Meat!” We haven’t even put the word “worm” in our mouths until then, so it doesn’t seem like the first time.
We are horrified and disgusted and it has shaken our confidence in the restaurants and also a bit far our holiday.

The atmosphere and service by the owner are nice. The food was mediocre: vegetarian main course mushrooms with lemon, straight from the can (heated but not fried). Ravioli was filled with a little cheese and overloaded with tasteless grated cheese. Red wine, bottle, was at an outside temperature of 29 degrees.
Tzatziki and hummus were tasty but that couldn't save the evening. Many dishes on the menu not available, none

A lovely place with a cool vibe. Excellent food - a DIY meze: you tick the dishes you want so you get the things you most want and can control the amount of food you get. All the usual dishes but all done very well indeed.
Vouni is a lovely village. Just one word of warning - parking is a little way away and the roads are steep so not recommended for anyone with poor mobility. We came up from Limassol and it was well worth the journey.

While on holiday in Cyprus we were taken to this restaurant by Cyprus based friends and have to say we were surprised with the very high standard of the food. Run by husband and wife team they provide a good selection of local food which was very enjoyable and very reasonable prices. Will definitely go again on next visit

We all selected a different main course lamb chops slow cooked lamb shiftalias and moussaka all were beautifully cooked and very tasty. Lenin made us very welcome and there was a very pleasant atmosphere. Worth a visit.Great food

If you are looking for a small, cozy traditional tavern to taste Cypriot cuisine, look no further! Dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients (veggies are home grown by the owners!) so you will enjoy every single bite and definitely want more! Not to mention Mrs. Lenia is an absolute delight not only as a cook but also as a person! Must try: the stifado!

Last night I went to Lenia’s for the first time. The lady who ran it (Lenia?!) was really welcoming and interested in where we were from. She showed us her menu and told me which dishes she had freshly cooked that day. The beef stew and aubergine with eggs was absolutely gorgeous. I will go back again and bring friends.

The tavern is one of the few really traditional taverns left on the island. The food is freshly prepared by Lenia herself and her husband is responsible for the griller. The result is excellent! Delicious food with high quality every time we have visit the place.

This local restaurant, located in a small village, is ran by an elderly couple and serves delicious local food . Prices are more than reasonable. Service is friendly even with the language barrier.
Excellent place to dine.
Open every day
Reserve if you can so you can sit outside on the balcony.

This jewel of a restaurant serves freshly made traditional food made by Lenia herself. Ingredients are fresh and local. We were amazed at the explosion of flavor as we were not expecting it considering the basic presentation of the dishes. We’ve already made our next reservation for dinner! Real value for money.

I visited kiria Lenia's tavern with friends for the first time. The food was truly excellent - all fresh with unparalleled home-made quality by Lenia and George. Very reasonable prices and I will definitely visit again - undoubtedly recommended! Thank you!

Best restaurant by far in our 2 weeks here. Welcoming, family run business, the taverna was full every time we visited, so booking recommended. This couple have been running a restaurant between them for 30 years, and everything we had was spectacular. Very highly recommended.
