Friendly staff & Excellent Service! Went here with 4 friends and ordered the meal platter for four. Tasty selection of mezes with fresh bread. The lamb was succulent and tender. Finished off with delicious Anatolian dessert.

Lovely evening with friends at Gem of Essex. It’s so good to have a local restaurant with such friendly staff, especially Jay, excellent food and delicious Turkish wine which is a great discovery. Will return with or without Rishi’s ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ offer.

Have been here a few times and never been let down. The service is good, the food is delicious and the portions are big enough to leave you more than full! Would recommend.
