A rude and inappropriate place where they don’t appreciate your custom. My first visit to the place and I don’t know what they do. Went in and a lady on the counter said she will be with me in a minute. I approached the menu...they had on the wall to read it. Then an older lady came out asking who was first in. I said me and she started to shout frustratedly and in a manner that she was talking to a non-English speaker to make herself understood telling me to stay away from the counter and yet shouted to go on the sign on the floor which was more than 2 metres away from her. Unable to know what they have on the menu to decide what I wanted she wanted to take my order as well. Being a polite person I thought for a split second to still order, but the looks on her face being as discriminatory as it was made me decide to leave and keep my dignity that she insulted. Will never go back although I am working locally and my colleagues are always on the hint to find a good place to eat. This place regardless of their food quality is a no go for me and to be honest I can not imagine what she was going to do with my food if she couldn’t stand my presence there.More

So, the sandwiches are great, very rude staff on where to stand during the current pandemic, I am not a child and I know. The sandwiches are good, but the staff are not very helpful in choosing. It is as though you are bothering their...personal time. The coffee is absolutely a waste of money, don't go there. Just go for a sandwich and don't spend on anything else.More

Great sandwiches but the staff are extremely rude and talk down to you. They don’t allow you time to look at the menu before ordering and make you feel that you are bothering them by entering the shop. I would have given 5 stars if...there was better customer service.More

as a builder I find myself going in a lot of caffs and I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. I was welcomed by being shouted at to put a mask a by the older lady continuing to chop her peppers...and completely blank me. The other older lady constantly rolled her eyes at us after shouting at us to stand in the waiting areas. The butty was OK but we will never return because of the horrible people that work there. Called in for my lunch. The shop offers a variety of freshly made sandwiches together with a number of daily specials, jacket potatoes, cakes etc. I had a toasted ham and Brie panini with onion marmalade, which was very enjoyable.

Came down here with my friends for lunch and it was great. Particularly love the paninis which are great especially in the winter as it warms you nicely.

Have recently arranged an event that they catered & have attended many. The sandwiches are always well filled & so fresh. The pies etc. are really tasty.

I’ve been a couple of times recently. There is a wide variety of freshly made hot and cold sandwiches plus soups and cakes. The lunchtime sandwiches are very good and the breakfasts butties we had today were excellent. My son particularly liked his breakfast panini...(bacon, mushroom, cheese and tomato) and not stupidly expensive either.More

Stumbled across this little gem of a place whilst working in the area. Lots of mouth watering choice. I opted for the “Greek Wrap”. Absolutely fantastic. Super tasty and loads of filling. Treated myself to a “Luxury Millionaires Shortbread afterwards. Great sized piece with a...fantastic crunchy base and soft caramel and chocolate. Washed down with a lovely Americano coffee. Will definitely revisit if in the area again The staff are lovely also!!More

Experienced their homemade mushroom soup. Wow absolutely yum yum yum. Everything is great quality, service is excellent and Ian and his staff are to be applauded. Recommend if you havn't yet been.

Never had anything bad to eat here, and really lovely combinations. Had a Lebanese wrap today which was really delicious, and a bang bang panini for my daughter. Absolutely brilliant place.

Amazing sandwiches, lovely staff would definitely recommend. The only downside is you can’t always get through to place an order over the phone on a Fri/Sat.More
