A delightful country pub located in the picturesque village of Melbourne near York with the Pocklington canal running into the arm with moorings. Definitely one of Yorkshires must visit Gastro-pubs. With open fires and a warm welcome we wont disappoint. With all food freshly prepared and locally sourced. Cask ales, wines, gins, we have a large selection. Fresh roasted swiss coffee beans for the perfect latte, mocha or perhaps a luxury hot chocolate

A village without a pub is, well, a collection of houses. Thankfully, the Melbourne Arms has re-opened after the lockdown and is once again the focal point of our friendly village. The place to catch-up with local friends and neighbours and also chat to visitors...More
