3 stars because it's not a good "fish & chips" place if both aren't good. I had the halibut with fries. The fish was good, nice batter but the fries sucked. Friendly quick service. Even with a large line, we were served fairly quickly.

Family favourite! Absolutely delicious! Nice and crunchy batter. One piece kids cod fish and chips was great portion for me ($8.50). The halibut is absolutely delicious as well (3 piece $22). It is not a sit down restaurant. You order your food and grab a...More

I was a bit reluctant to try again fish&chips, since I don't like the thick breading/battering but my BF suggested this place and it's in a very nice location so I gave it a try. The location is amazing, exactly what I imagine when thinking...More

They are rated by consumers as the best fish and chips place in Steveston Village. Sometimes you might line up and wait for awhile on sunny days. You sit on open area next to the boats. There is a combo with cod, salmon and halibut...More

I have never seen them prepare fish any other way than by deep frying, with a batter. You might check out the Steveston Seafood House on Moncton Street.
