Following my recent review of Brooklea's non-existant Sunday brunch (see "So Incredibly Disappointed"), I was very impressed when the new owner reached out to express his sincere apologies for our terrible experience and in an effort to make amends, he invited my entire party to join him for their full Thanksgiving Sunday Brunch as his guest. The buffet itself was... More

Beautiful view out to golf course. I had pancakes and they big and fluffy and perfect. My wife had a toasted turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries and said best sweet potato fries she's ever had. The dining room staff and golf course staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The course is a nice one and does need some tlc.... More

This review only pertains to Brooklea's restaurant and specifically to their now non-existent Sunday brunch buffet. Wanted to take my wife's mother out to celebrate her birthday. Brooklea's website states that they are still running their Sunday brunch buffet which I have been to in the past and was always very pleased with. Called the clubhouse and not only did... More

This golf course and restaurant are an annual birthday event for my best friend and myself. It starts with golf, its an okay course, but all courses are a challenge really. It is usually in pretty good condition, and I believe now has new owners, which will mean improvements, hopefully. Afterwards we have a light lunch and a cold beer.... More

My wife and I decided to go to the brunch and then golf the west nine. Brunch is ordering breakfast or lunch off the menu and adding the salad bar and dessert for $7. My wife just wanted the salad bar and dessert. She was pleased with both. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and fries, It was maybe the best... More

Played here on a rainy Saturday morning....staff in Pro Shop were top notch super friendly and with the rain we spent a bit of time chatting with them and they were most courteous and helpful. We had the course to ourselves with the rain and the new owner even stopped by on 18th green to say hello as we were... More

What a great decision that was! amazing backdrop of the golf course on a Sunday morning! food was very good for a buffet style brunch. huge selection of breakfast and lunch menu items! we left packed to gills! good thing we didn't have... This was our first time at the Brooklea, we usually go to less expensive smaller places around town, but the golf and the environment will keep us coming back. The experiance was wonderful, there were no hold ups and were able to walk on, the staff in the proshop were helpful and the price of the round was less than... More

Don't be mislead by my title - it refers to the nature of the golf course, not the restaurant. I would recommend the course for any average golfer looking for a challenge. A good variety of holes and fairways with tricky greens that tend to lie to your eyes!

I thought I'd write a comment because my wife and I have been going to the Brooklea for over 10 years and I was delighted to see that they finally have new owners and I wanted to provide some feedback. Overall this course is very average. I was very pleased to see that it was taken over by new owners... More
