On beautiful Lake Windermere, just out of downtown Invermere, this oasis is a quiet spot for a light lunch. A little bit too noisy, echoing from all over, but the staff was attentive and friendly. My guest had a Scotty's burger and loved it. I had quiche and borscht which was fine.

Me and my family enjoyed a very tasty meal at the pynelogs cafe. We had an ultimate Scotty burger, which is a stuffed burger between two grill cheeses. Best burger in town! We also enjoyed the lovely sangria, what a tasty drink special!

Sat on the deck last Saturday under a blue, cloudless sky. The view is lovely and so are the servers. I had the salad special which was so fresh, delicious and pretty. My husband had the chicken and brie panini which was so good. Pynelogs knows what they are doing and continue to do it very well. Look forward to... More

The real name of this cafe is The Scott Burger, but the name then would not reflect the food offered. The Pynlogs Cultural Centre is the building the cafe works out of, very close to the lake, east of the boat house. Very nice patio, with the best server I have seen for a long time (and owner). The varied... More

We had a lovely warming lunch on a cold, rainy day. The portions were generous and absolutely delicious. Definitely try the pie!!

Husband and I had lunch here at the end of August. We sat on the patio which overlooks the beautiful lake windermere. We were happy to see that they had a few varieties of the locally brewed Arrowhead beer and my husband happily tried a couple of different kinds. The food was the best we had on our trip to... More

I found this gem a couple years ago and I am so glad I decided to return to it. It is really neat to eat in an art gallery and the location and layout is fantastic. I sat inside but I can see why they are considered to have one of the best patios in Intermere as it looks right... More

Love going to The Pynelogs cafe. They always have a special quiche, flatbread, salad, and today a pulled pork panini. Soup is always good as well. Today was a black bean soup with corn. Friendly service, great food and a view that is priceless. Whilst at Pynelogs stroll through the art gallery. Always has local artists work on display.

Beautiful scenery, nice atmosphere and good food. A good place to relax enjoy the view of Lake Windermere or enjoy seeing cultural exhibits in Pynelogs.
