Fresh perogies made from scratch and are served with a generous portion of sour cream, bacon and onion. Delicious recipe!

I like The Cottage, it's fairly cheap, and for the main part the food is good. The only food that I've gotten there that I did not like were the potato skins. The bacon on them is the fake bacon bits, so those are not...More

We had breakfast here after staying overnight in Cranbrook on our way to Vancouver. Eclectic decor, decent prices, good service, tasty home-cooked food (loved the homemade bread!), and large portions. Would definitely recommend.

We sat for almost an hour before the food came out. Bread is good but nothing else special about breakfast. Not big choice. Cheap orange juice. Cute decor. Not cheap. Not friendly especially. What more can we say?

The restaurant itself is comfortable. Service was good, friendly servers. The food was okay, portions were small for the price. The restaurant a few doors away has better food, more variety, and better prices. Won't bother eating there again.

Whenever I get a chance to eat at The Cottage it's always like going home for lunch. Soups and bread are awesome. I love the atmosphere and the service is consistently good.

This place has a ton of character! The soup and sandwiches are amazing! The only thing I would say negative is that they need a bigger resturant, it can get cozy at times. But it's a great lunch spot.

If you like borscht, huge sandwiches with ultra thick bread, homey just like mama atmosphere in a central downtown location, then eat where the locals eat. I have eaten here many times alone or with a friend. Sometimes you want something hardy like perogies, a...More

Soups are made from scratch and fantastic. Sandwiches are huge and made with thick slices of fresh home made bread. Food is filled flavour and not greasy. Desserts are home made and pieces are large. All day breakfasts perfect after early morning golf. Prices are...More
