We used to go hear every week. Back then, they served complimentary iced tea with every purchase (excluding set meals). When they renovated around year 2007, we were so excited to see what surprises they would have in store for us. When the doors reopened, our expectations were met. They had turned pearl house into a brand new modern looking... More

Five members of my family went to this restaurant at 8:00 pm. Three are disabled seniors, one was in wheelchair. After a 25 minute wait, we were offered a table for four persons. A larger table had sat empty the entire time. I asked the waitress if we could please have the larger table. She said no that's reserved for... More

A nice place for Taiwanese food, though it can be crowded at times. Prices are very reasonable and the food is generally very good.

This was actually shocking. Very abrupt, unhelpful people. I kept asking when one of the dishes were coming and they just waved me off saying "coming, coming". Well, it never came. Then they say "so sorry we are busy". Not good enough. Food was bland. An awful experience.

I come here often with my friends for snacks or dinner. The food is good and so is the customer service. They can be quite slow during peak hours but that's to be expected.

I think when you go to a restaurant for the first time you need to get help ordering from the wait staff. I went safe and ordered deep fried chicken with rice. My husband was more adventurous and had the Pigs Ears and Short Rib Noodle Soup. Mine was just ok. His soup was good but the meat was tough.... More

Pearl House serves one of the best Taiwanese Beef Noodle in all of Greater Vancouver. As a regular to Pearl House, I found their signature braised beef to be the most consistent and the best tasting at the various competition restaurants. Their optional broad (wide) noodles is always done al dente the way I like it. I highly recommend their... More

We found the service here to be good and helpful when we had questions about some of the menu items. Service was fast and the food was good, although a little on the small size for portions. If I am not sure as to what I want, my go to is the chicken nuggets on rice. The nuggets are not... More

Their bubble teas are one of the best in Greater Vancouver. Love their honey oolong milk tea with grass jelly. However, the price of bubble teas are not that attractive (over $5 after you add stuff). Therefore, drinking their bubble teas is a treat for my family. And I do think we treat ourselves too much (especially my youngest brother).... More

We used to love their food. However, the amount is decreasing dramatically and the quality is worsen gradually. My sister once showed them how much oil they put into the fried noodle I ate which was special for that day. I wish their previous high quality can come back soon otherwise I would not want to visit there any more.... More
