First, do not use for breakfast. Too standard and not so good. For dinner and lunch food is perfect but too expensive for such type of restaurants. Local wines is very good but too expensive again.

One way of having a wonderful lunch in Baux without losing one's shirt. Lunch is served on a lovely terrace overlooking the garden. The restaurant(s) rather outshone the hotel.
