We stopped by here on the last day of the year and had a great meal. The food is good quality and quite tasty. The location is great. You are right near the Blue Nose when you sit on the patio. Great!

We were on a day trip off a cruise in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We went to Lunenburg to enjoy the fall colors, a small fishing village, and the picturesque villages along the way. We had lunch at the Old Fish Factory and what a wonderful surprise. When you drop 75 to 100 people in a restaurant in a small town... More

Excellent fish & chips. Friendly staff. The view is fantastic right on the harbour. Service was great. Get a table by the window.

We enjoyed our dinner and view. We got there early and got a table by the window and enjoyed their happy hour specials. It was getting crowded by the time we left.

Friendly staff, kid friendly as well. Delicious lobster supper with mussels, we sat on the patio that was a bit breezy but still beautiful for the fall

The Old Fish Factory: four of us ate there in September before our intended sail on the Bluenose. The location, right on the wharf, was great. Food was very good and service was excellent. We would have no hesitation in returning.

It has been rare over the years that we have not patronized the Old Fish Factory when visiting Lunenburg. But it has been 10 years or so since we were last here. We arrived, however, to find little had changed. It was still on the dock near the Bluenose II and above the fisheries museum. There were 6 adults and... More

We ate here on our first night in Lunenburg and it was fine - hubby had fish and chips - two large pieces of battered haddock, scallops and huge shrimp and a LOT of fries! We wanted coffee afterwards and asked for white coffee which they had never heard of! Two countries divided by a common language. We learned our... More
