what an awful experience,arrived at 2.15 as booked for my husbands 60th birthday ,told to sit at table 8 which we had to look for .
At 2.30 nobody stopped to take our order didnt even look at us .by then husband sent to ask...do we order at the bar ,they sent a waitress it turned out there were several tables that where there before us had not ordered however placed order .by 3pm waitress comes to tell us run out of beef ,30 minutes later mind ok told alternative 10 mins later food started coming out ,table behind us 1st could here something going on customer complained about no potatoes,told they had run out .however 55 mins from arrival we had our lunch in front of us ,
meat ,Yorkshire pudding,no roast ,no stuffing ,out came a turine of 3 veg gravy that's it no potatoes ,we didnt even get told they'd run out ,
By then I'd had enough ,just eat and get out of here ,
Several customers complained of service very slow was told lack of staff ,ok,but why couldnt they of warned people as arriving that there was a massive delay because of staff shortages and give us the choice if we wanted to wait that long or not ,
no I would of not waited as we were on a time limit .
After all that charged 12.50 each dinner ,was certainly not worth the money.
And that's without the massive delay .
Obviously will not be returning ,very poorly run .
