Nice pub, great atmosphere but food and service very poor, we took our grand daughter here as she wanted a pizza, and we wanted a drink so it was the best of both worlds, however the meals all arrived at different times, my grand daughters...1st then 10 mins later mine arrived, they had forgotten my husband all together, however in their favour they did discount his meal and gave him a free pint, so I can’t really knock that. I’ve never visited this chain before and loved the decor when we got there. We saw it was order by app which usually isn’t a problem, but the app didn’t work for three different phones so we ended up ordering at the bar. The food...took a long time to come - we’d all nearly finished a Pepsi pint each before it arrived. We weren’t there at a busy time either. However, the food was very tasty! Average experience.More

A mid week evening meal with the family. I have not been here before but it’s a regular for my daughter. Not much in the way of real ale on but I had a lager as it was a warm evening Which was good. All...the staff were very pleasant and you can order by app if you don’t want to leave your table. Food was usual burgers or pizza with a few other things on the menu. To be fair it wasn’t anything to write home about Or complain about. If you want food I would choose elsewhere but as a pub it’s plenty good enough.More

Popped in to try out the new breakfast muffin after seeing it on Facebook and wanting to support a local business. While the muffin itself was lovely we felt like we were an inconvenience to the girl behind the bar. When we walked in no-one...spoke to us. We waited for a bit but in the end grabbed a table. I often use apps to order, however on this one I couldn't find food, so eventually we got a menu and ordered at the bar. When we came to leave my husband shouted thanks, however she was on her phone and didn't look up so we just left. I've always thought how inviting the Facebook posts are, however I left feeling like I had just been an inconvenience. I will stick to the local cafes for breakfast from now on.More

Visited for first time on a Monday lunchtime. Didnt expect it to be busy, and it wasnt, but think i can see why its not more popular. I am app literate, so ordering on the app posed no problem, but good grief, it took 10...mins just to get through all the screens. And after i've done all the work on ordering through a rather badly put together app, it had the cheek to ask if i wanted to tip....all this before i've had anything resembling any service! It appeared that i was the only customer with an order in the kitchen, and it still took 20 mins (and me checking with the staff) for my order to come. I thought this may have to do with all the fresh cooking of my order, but no... everything tasted like it had been reheated, particularly the cheese in my chicken burger, that had definitely been cooked once, gone cold and been reheated. Certainly won't be going back.More

Have visited numerous times and found the food to be of a good standard and pretty reasonably priced. They have a good selection of beers although £6.75 for a pint of Hazy Jane is a bit steep and did feel a bit robbed. Probably best...to ask for a price list.More

The young lady behind the bar and the cutest little pouch. Had such a great time. Will be recommending all day long!

A little annoyed as I went outside to take a call come back in and my food as been removed from the table left my autistic teenage eating the waitress ask him " who was not eating the food if it was done " He...froze confused and af try to explain my mums outside making a call " Waitress still took the food away sat here still hungryMore

Everytime I turn up to the village the staff are always welcoming. The food is great and the beer always is in good nick. Its my favourite pub in walton.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Went on Saturday 9/10/21 Extremely rude staff really upset my poor mum who can hardly walk We left after 45 mins without even getting a drink We walked along the road to Mc Donald’s the food is crap At least the staff...are friendly with a smile on the faceMore
