A lovely find on our travels. We enjoyed a lovely takeaway coffee and delicious cake which we ate across the road in the park/ garden.

Lovely setting. Great atmosphere and set up inside, staff polite and friendly. Shame cant sit inside. Had a coffee and meat pasty. Pasty very shamefully came out of the microwave and very soggy as a consequence. Coffee very weak tasting.
Nice to find somewhere open this time of year. Pasty and coffee nice. Cakes looked good too. Had a pasty takeaway from there because the Square snd Compass pub was just too busy. It was a shame there was no seating inside. Luckily it was...not raining and we sat by the pond.More
We bought 4 cream teas. We got 1 dry, stale scone each with too much cream and jam already spread on top, with milky lukewarm tea in takeaway cups. I should have taken them back. It was very poor. This place is not a shadow...of what it was before the pandemic when the cream teas were the best and served at tables in their garden. I'll never eat here again.More
After a very long walk to a 'closed' Tea Room, the very kind gentleman secretly served us delicious hot pasties and tea to take away. Thanks a million, Very grateful such lovely people still go above and beyond for strangers, highly recommend *****
We stopped yesterday to buy drinks. The setting is beautiful and the small hatch that the food and drink is served from is very pretty and everything looks well presented. However- I brought 3 cans of fizzy drink and the bill came to £7.50??? I...am not sure how these prices can be justified?More
Waited for ages while server finished her long conversation about personal life and then was served the smallest pieces of cake. £3 for a tiny slice of cake.
This place is a great spot. We had the pleasure of using the Tea Rooms as our little take away for a few days (as it is not open for seating service dur to lock down) and we were not disappointed. We have very high...standards and are usually pretty hard to please, but not here. The coffee is excellent as was everything else we had. Pastries and brownies were soo good and the veggie pasties were the best I have eaten (and I have tried plenty). We also had a fully delivered meal from here and it was fabulous, a really inventive Gnocci dish that I will try my best to replicate (badly!). Diana looks after the place and Dave is the chef, they are also really kind and nice people. If you are ever in Worth Matravers...or close by...do yourself a favour a nd pay this gem a visit. You will not be disappointed.More
Best sausage roll I've ever tasted also brought pasties equally as good Cup of coffee and teas all take away because of the Corona, great surroundings, to eat it
We has been on a very muddy walk and asked if we could come in with an even muddier dog and no problem! We had a lovely light snack and cream tea in a cosy setting and were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended...by all of us.More
A warm welcome, followed by excellent service & food. Beautiful tea room with cosy and relaxed atmosphere, party of six ate from the lunch menu and were not disappointed, the menu choice was superb and every dish was cooked to perfection. Throughly recommend.
A real treat on a wet and windy afternoon beautifully presented tasty lunch in a warm and friendly atmosphere thank you
We absolutely love it here, we come here every time we’re in Swanage. Cream tea is delicious and lovely atmosphere. A cream tea for two and a hot chocolate and a large slice of cake for our daughter came to £17.75 which is well worth...it! Lunch menu also available however we visit for the fruit scones (plain are available too) and a selection of loose leaf tea, you can’t go wrong!More
Our family just enjoyed a sumptious lunch at the tea rooms, much needed after a brisk walk . Menu is full of local produce and gives old lunch time favourites a twist. We enjoyed Goats cheese with salad, venison burgers and beef in red wine...sauce. Puddings were equally good. Reserve a place, because this can be busy. Would love to come again for afternoon tea.More
Recently visited with my partner as we wanted a scone with clotted cream and jam. The place was lovely really cosy and great decor. The menu was a bit confusing and the waitress didn't explain well, the tea was pretty naff one bag served in...a big pot which was enough for two people. But, the scones were lovely and still warm. Only other criticism was that the staff were playing with a dog which seemed to live there but didn't see any of them wash their hands in between serving.More
