My mum lives in Fishponds so we used to come here for a bite to eat when I visited. Every time we visited the tables were always dirty, covered in dirty plates, old beer glasses and ripped up beer mats. But the food was always ok, but just ok, pub grub that reflected the price you paid, we had no... More

don't go in for food at all , place was far to loud (Music) couldn't hear each other talk, it was like being in a disco, when my friend approached the bar staff, he said he didn't like the tone of her voice, all she wanted was a chat to say she was disappointed with her meal

Chip shop platter was amazing. Mushy peas and proper thick curry sauce. Fish and battered sausage! Plus a lovely rose wine 🍷. Great value for money. Yummy food. Great service

On my very first visit, I did not enjoy the food. It was quite bad. However having heard of the menu change, and I think new chef, I visited again with a friend to give it another try. I wasn't disappointed!. There's really interesting dishes on the menu, nothing fancy or gourmet if I'm being honest, but the food was... More

Visited here for a farewell dinner for a friend returning overseas. I had chicken and chips, the chicken ws very dry. My partner had the mega mixed grill, there was nothing mega about it, the meal was small to average in size. The sausages were missing off the plate, the meat was dry and the requested medium rare steak was... More

Looks like a relatively new pub inside but clearly beyond dirty. I had two halves of different ciders and by the time I got half the way through one of them the other had attracted some lovely little bar flies! Two were taking a swim and another two around the edge. In this time my partner was looking at them... More

Decent selection of food and drink at decent prices. Not enough staff at the bar but then that's the same everywhere really I guess.

Booked for a table of 9 for a works Xmas meal and explained at the time of booking we would be on a time schedule as it was a lunch time. When we arrived it was relatively quiet which was great but we were greeted by a waitress chewing gum who seemed to lack general customer service skills, what ever... More

Average everything....being a chain restaurant one would expect the same sort of large menu and things..the booths by the windows were nice tho..

Deals on every night that are cheap and easy. Alright quality and the drinks are cheap. It shows lots of sports so will be going back there on the occasional match day!
