The place is look like a run down, no one came to take order we have to ask someone to take order, drinks were nice and food was like half the Palater, Chips , rice and bagals were not enough for 2 people and the...chicken miswa was missing from the plater.. When we finish meal no one came to clear the table , we ask some to pls clear my table again no one ask how was ur food. They took our drinks glass and kids mocktail as well when I said kids are still drinking the put the drinks glass from among the dirty glass. The again waited that someone will bring the birthday cake which we gave them when we came in no one bother so I get up and went to counter to ask for the cake. After cake it took them 10 minutes to bring some spoons and posters for cake.. When I went to at the bill guy ask me how was ur food I said it’s all right so he ask me what happened I explain everything to him still no apologies and on top of paid service charges even after explaining he did not bother to take off service charges and I have to ask him 3-4 times for my bill. Total rubbish food and service will not be visiting and will let the family and friend knows the same..More

Juices are a dreamland! Amazing options. Grilled food is excellent! Atmosphere is fantastic and cosy. One of my favourite restaurants!

Three of us and went for the “round 2” on the menu which was much more than enough. Excellent choice of meats and chicken and would defo recommend.

An amazing restaurant with good variety of food. Loved the fact that restaurant offers fresh juices. Authentic Lebanese dishes full of flavour. Overall brilliant. Service was good too.

ordered 2 small mezza platters, baklava and a jug of juice All FOR £40! 1 jug of juice is £19. We just presumed that a whole jug would be cheaper than individual glasses it was more!! £8 for 1 piece of skewed meat hummus and...bread. Service change when I kept being asked if I was finished in the middle of my meal. Not great service to me. Over all just eat elsewhere. Very over priced and not worth it at all!! These kind of places I’ve been to before you get a lot of food for your money. This place is the complete opposite. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!! I would have argued and refused to pay but I had the whole day moving to my new house just wanted to cry at this point so just paid and left. Even the lady at the till just took £40 from me she felt bad I got charged so much.More

Great venue for family birthday meal with lots of families with lots of birthdays. Thoroughly recommend, for the juices, let alone the grill.

Food a bit dry and not presented well, whats with the burnt onion? The bathroom wasnt the best either. Makes one question the hygeine esp when loads of staff around. Not for me.

Great food, lovely restaurant, so many choices for food, no vegan menu yet but it does say ‘coming soon’. Would recommend the sea bass. Each table gets a salad bowl , gorgeous naan and hummus. Beware they add a 10% service charge to all bills...but couldn’t complain after friendly service and amazing food .More

I have been to Lona previously for dinner and the food taste keeps excelling. This visit was our first of 2023 and again the chicken was so juicy and tasty, lamb was cooked just right and the mezze options went down a treat (falafel batata...harra soujouk halloumi.) Juices as always blended well and full of flavour. Food came out together as requested and service was great. The ambience and vibe is always great and kids love when its birthday song time with the clapping.... The only reason I have marked down is the compulsary service charge @ 10% its a bit much considering the current climate. I understand a lot of places will give you an option, but Lona give no option its added to your bill and thats it. A bit cheeky i think. ShameMore

Lovely service. Excellent staff and the food is some of the best I’ve eaten. Came here with a few work friends from Cardiff and we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are all so accommodating! Will definitely...return!More
