Visited last evening and this was my first time eating Caribbean food. What a treat! Four of us ordered 4 different dishes to share and they were all absolutely delicious.
Thank you Real Fi for an excellent supper and when at the wardrobe theatre I shall definitely drop in again.

Fi Real is AMAZING! We ordered 3 dishes plus the rice and peas and plantain… everything was delicious!
We had the Ackee and tofu which was delicious; such good flavours and lovely textures. We also had the jerk tofu with spicy kale- the tofu was done beautifully and had amazing flavour. We also had the barbecue vegimince which was sooo flavourful and lovely. The rice and peas were lovely and moist and the plantain was good too.
The vibe inside the restaurant was great too with candles on each table and beautiful art and good music.
All in all, amazing vegan Caribbean food!

This has been my go to place to get vegan Caribbean Food in Bristol for years now. In fact I think it is unique in that respect. I don't know of such an eatery in Birmingham. so yeah, go Bristol! The food was up to its usual high standard, the service was great and the banana cake -scrumptious. My personal favourite is the lemon and blueberry cake, but, unfortunately, there was none available on that day. One slight criticism is that the room felt cold and could have been warmer. Other than that 5 star all the way.

Traveled to Bristol for day trip came across vegan Caribbean restaurant fi real and WOW AAAAAAAMAZING food ended up staying extra 2 days and wow perfect food cooked to perfection everytime tofu perfect. And the Banana cake tasted like home grandma's special. Definitely going back very soon and staff were polite and very knowledgeable and helpful and atmosphere like home so a big bigup to FI REAL for a taste I'll never forget. Nuff luv and respect to FI real.

Great for every night, great food, great prices, great service and great music. It was my first time and the food was nice and hot (not spicy hot). It felt let I was in my Nan kitchen…so it felt very welcoming.

I was surprise the main isn’t served with rice and peas and plantain, you add them as extras but it was a very generous plate of food. The jerk tofu was delicious. A nice quaint and quiet place to eat and catch up with a friend. Good selection of soft drink cans, although pretty expensive. Unfortunately there were some really delicious sounded meals that were crossed of the menu, good for them if they’ve been busy and ran out though I guess

Came Bristol from Cardiff and decided to try plant based food alternatives so we googled and found Fi Real. Good Price, Great service from the lady with beautiful eyes and delicious food. I had the ITAL Stew which was real nice but my girlfriends curry chickpeas was delicious I’m definitely having that next. The carrot lemon lime and ginger drink was nice also but now we get serious..... that banana cake is the type to cause relationship problems if your not careful honestly it was real nice me n the mrs had to really assess who would be having the last piece. The lady told us we would enjoy it and guess she was right... Fi Real has definitely gained fans in us 😁😁😋😋

Ordered through deliveroo so cant comment on physical restaurant. Food was very tasty. I had the jerk tofu and kale and the flavour was awesome. The banana cake was the best I have ever had. The sultanas were plump and the sponge moist. I enjoyed it so much. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Jerk tofu is a dish I literally dream about and can't not order it every time I go to Fi Real. However a friend had chickpea curry last night. That may have to be my choice next trip. The food is divine !

This is a Vegan/Vegetarian food, non-alcoholic drinks are on sale. They offer take away service and large groups like us are catered for, the only problem was that our reservation was mixed so we had to eat quickly and leave so others could be accommodated.

Absolutely awful company I don't know how they get away with it! I'm glad to see all the bad reviews on Trustpilot all saying the same thing as I no longer feel alone, and obviously will not be getting my refund no matter how hard a try.
I bought a gift card which would not add to my account. I contacted via live chat MULTIPLE times, and they were completely useless everytime. Said they will escalated query to the escalations team and will email back, which the first 3 times I did not receive any email regarding the matter to them, then on the 4th attempt I had a reply saying they're going to terminate my account!! I am so confused as to why they've come to this decision.
They're also refusing to give me a refund for this money I've wasted on a gift card with them. I swear it's a set up...and it is so difficult to get a reply from them. On live chat also they'll transfer you to a manager where they will just say the same robotic thing over and over again, avoid your question then end the chat.
Seriously, stay away from this awful company!! By far the worst customer service I've ever had from anywhere. I'm in absolute disgust.

Ordered from here on Deliveroo, the driver never delivered it so I rang and the staff were very helpful, remade and sent it again and even threw in a soft drink. Food was speedy and delicious, can’t recommend enough.
